Timothy A. Haskins, ASA
Mr. Haskins' qualifications and affiliations include:

- Practicing Affiliate of the Appraisal Institute
- Member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA)
Mr. Haskins has been actively appraising real property since 1990 throughout the metropolitan Phoenix area and across Arizona. Mr. Haskins began his appraisal career with Appraisal Sciences, Ltd., a small independent fee appraisal firm located in Phoenix. He became the Senior Managing Appraiser shortly before the company closed its doors in 1998 due to the death of the business owner. After working two years as the Production Director and Senior Analyst with a local commercial mortgage broker, Mr. Haskins was recruited to join the staff at First Appraisal Services as a Senior Appraiser in 2000. Mr. Haskins took ownership of First Appraisal Services in 2016 and continues as the owner and Chief Appraiser.
